Yalox Return Policy

  1. The product and its packaging should not be damaged and should be in the same original condition.
  2. A case that has been used and installed on any other device may not be returned.
  3. Returned products are not accepted if they lose their original packaging and tags etc.
  4. The amount will be reflected on your credit card – if paid by the same card – within 14 working days only if the product is deemed returnable.
  5. If the product is paid via cash on delivery (COD)- then the amount shall be credited to your mentioned account which shall be contacted via e-mail wecare@yalox.co or whatsapp +973-34197275
  6. If the products are not valid for a refund, you will be notified via email or whatsapp that you have submitted on the order form.
  7. To ensure the satisfaction of our beloved customers, all purchases on our website are subject to return and exchange for free within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  8. Special and Custom orders cannot be returned after delivery.
  9. Shipping Charges for any orders outside Bahrain will be charged for return orders.
  10. Once the product is received, inspected, and deemed returnable, the refund will be given within 14 working days after deducting the shipment costs
  11. The product being returned must be sent to our address which will be provided by our customer care team.

Return / Exchange Process for Bahrain

  • To initiate the return process of the item which you wish to return, you can contact us via phone on +973 3419 7275 or e-mail wecare@yalox.co.
  • We will inform our courier to pick up the item from your doorstep within 2 working days.

Return / Exchange Process for GCC and KSA

  •  You can either call SMSA / DHL to have your item be collected OR drop the item to the nearest SMSA / DHL Branch with the given address.
  • You’ll have to cover postal charges yourself, so make sure to mark your parcel as “returned goods” to avoid being charged additional duties.

Return / Exchange Process for the Rest of the World

  • Don’t forget to ask for a tracking ID/proof of shipping to track your parcel and to have proof that you’ve sent it.
  • Once you have returned the items, it can take up to 28 working days maximum for us to receive the shipment and then process the refund. The amount would be refunded back to your card used for payment or to your account based on your selection.
